Custom Revolvers

Hatfield’s offers several custom-shop services to upgrade and personalize your wheel gun with a myriad of modern features.  Like many of our other platforms, we offer trigger jobs for both carry and competition applications. 

* Trigger Job  $120-$250

Includes stoning engagements, smoothing action, reducing pull weight, new springs, correct timing, oversize hand(if necessary), test-fire  

* Square butt to round butt conversion $160

Does not include new grips or refinish if necessary.

* Bob Hammer/ Half-Bob Hammer $75

Includes disassembly, cleaning & lubing of internals. We can completely remove hammer spur or remove half of the spur and round over the edges to retain single action capability while allowing for a low-snag draw.

* Re-Contour Trigger  $85+

Includes removal of serrations, rounding edges of trigger, reduce width of trigger if necessary, disassembly, cleaning & lubing of internals. 

* Chamfer Chambers  $65

Beveling the entrance to the chamber to make inserting rounds smoother.

* Ball Detent Lock Conversion  $80

Removal of the old lock at the end of the ejector rod and replaces it with a ball & detent that locks the crane to the frame.

* Lengthen Forcing Cone & True Barrel Face $75

* Adjust Barrel/Cylinder Gap $10

* Straighten Crane, Ejector Rod, & Center Pin $125
